UK Confederation of Hypnotherapy Organisations (UKCHO) www.ukcho.co.ukThrough the APHP I am registered with UKCHO. Only those trained to an acceptable standard will be included on their list. It is desirable to check that any hypnotherapist you wish to visit is registered with UKCHO.

Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) www.cnhc.org.uk/pages/index.cfmRe: Hypnotherapy: By providing a verification of standards, the CNHC allows GPs, hospitals, private healthcare providers and insurance companies to refer patients to hypnotherapy practitioners or to make hypnotherapy more readily available in health centres, clinics, doctors surgeries and hospitals. Some Private Healthcare Insurance providers will reimburse you when you see me but please check your policy. Westfield Health reimburses on its corporate plan and Health Shield will reimburse for Hypnotherapy sessions. Other insurance companies will follow so please check yours.
